About this sponsorship
Each $1,500 sponsors the construction of one oyster reef section, which filters 500,000 gallons of lagoon water per year and creates habitat for fish, crabs, and wading birds. Reefs are placed in priority restoration zones identified by NOAA scientists.
Impact
A single oyster filters 50 gallons of water daily. One reef section = 50,000 oysters = a clearer, healthier lagoon for everyone who fishes, boats, and lives along its shores.
What sponsors get
A reef plaque with your business name installed at the restoration site, GPS coordinates so you can visit, an annual photo update on the reef's growth, and an invitation to join our spring deployment day on the water.
